1. IT and Network Manager

   I manage IT and the network for the 10 employees across all FOGAD departments.

   Environments: Windows Server, Windows and Linux.

   • Maintain and troubleshoot workstations and server hardware.
   • Administer Windows Server and client workstations.
   • Manage user accounts and access rights.
   • Manage network file sharing.
   • Manage the IT network.
   • Perform data backups.
   • Manage the video surveillance cameras.
   • Update the FOGAD website.
   • Developed in Java, and keep up to date, two internal applications: time and attendance management and general services management.

2. IT Analyst (Chargé d'études informatiques)

   — INFOEXPERT, French Institute of Djibouti, Djibouti (permanent contract)

   January 2021 – July 2025

   Three roles held at the same time throughout the period: IT technician, network administrator and web programmer.

   Supported nearly 30 users.
