Remote IT Support / Help Desk Technician
At INFOEXPERT, I provided remote support and troubleshooting, managed user accounts and handled incidents for nearly 30 users. At FOGAD, I manage IT for the 10 employees.
Systems Administrator (Windows Server / Active Directory)
I worked with Windows Server, Windows and Linux at INFOEXPERT, and still do at FOGAD. I managed accounts, access and rights (Active Directory, LDAP), systems maintenance and backups.
Network Administrator
I was a network administrator at INFOEXPERT. Today I am the IT and Network Manager at FOGAD. I completed a professional Master 1 in Systems, Networks and Security.
IT Operations / NOC Technician
I monitored network performance and handled incidents.
Identity and Access Management (IAM) Administrator, junior level
I managed users and access rights with Active Directory and LDAP.
